The perfect remote getaway

Each casita is thoughtfully designed for privacy and relaxation having no shared walls and only a common entrance overlooking the courtyard soaking pool. With a host of amenities available, each casita is well-appointed offering all of the comforts of home to our guests, including a home-cooked breakfast each morning served at the main house. Professional therapeutic massage in the privacy of your casita can be made available with one week advance notice of the service. Please note, to minimize our carbon footprint, the casitas do not have conditioned air, though each casita is equipped with multiple commercial ceiling fans, designed to take advantage of hillside cross breezes.

Reserved individually or as a group, our published rates are for individual casitas with 1-2 guests for a minimum 2 nights stay. There is a 10% discount for booking direct and a 5% discount on reservations of 5 nights or more. The published rates do not include a standard 7% Hotel Tax and any other extras.

Accommodation for up to 4 guests per casita is available for an additional $50 per guest. Reservation of more than one casita at a time is welcome. At this time, only 3 of the 4 casitas are part of the bed and breakfast, as Casita 4 is held by the family.

When making reservations please provide the total number of guests in order to make additional sleeping provisions or adjust the reservation to include multiple casitas. No additional guests are allowed to visit the property without a valid reservation. The privacy and security of our guests and our home is very important to us. Once your reservation is confirmed, a deposit payment is required equivalent to the first night’s stay. Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal. The remainder of your payment is due upon your arrival to 4 Casitas. If you would like to reserve a private massage, please consider this one week prior to the service.

Arrival

Check-in times are flexible, however, we strongly suggest that guests traveling by car arrive before dark for easier navigation. Many of our guests coming from outside Puerto Rico fly into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan and spend the night, allowing time to visit Old San Juan or enjoy other sites in the area before traveling 2.5-3 hours by car to 4 Casitas in Cabo Rojo.

A morning departure by car from San Juan allows for an early afternoon arrival with plenty of time to explore the farm, casita amenities and enjoy a complimentary cocktail at the Tiendita (tiny store) before sunset. For same day arrivals, commuter plane operators such as Cape Air, have routes from San Juan to Mayaguez, about 40 minutes north of 4 Casitas, with flight durations lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Upon checking out please return your keys and gate opener to the main house and settle up your account. 

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your reservation are refundable minus a 5% credit card cancellation fee. Holiday Season Cancellations (December 16th thru January 6th) are NON-REFUNDABLE if not cancelled more than 42 days in advance. NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS MADE 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE FORFEIT THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
